Ramen Cooking Tokyo is a small-group cooking class in Tsukishima — a historic food district in central Tokyo, minutes from Tsukiji, Ginza, and teamLab Planets. In a 2.5 to 3-hour hands-on session, up to 8 international guests learn to make authentic ramen and sushi paired with premium sake, guided entirely in English by a warm Japanese team.

True to our theme "Beyond Cooking, Feel the Connection," we treat the class as a shared table where travelers and Japanese hosts meet through food —not just a cooking demonstration. We opened in July 2024 with a single mission: to be the door where Japan transforms from "a place of interest" into "a relationship worth returning to."
